1. Coverage
MineHost commits to 99.99% monthly availability of the hosting infrastructure and provider network serving each active paid Minecraft server. This is a service commitment, not a claim of measured historical uptime. Free hosting operates on a best-effort basis and is not covered by this paid uptime commitment.
The daily free-server shutdown and free-server inactivity rules do not apply to the paid availability calculation. This SLA concerns server hosting, not availability of the website, dashboard, Discord or support response times.
2. Measurement
Monthly availability is calculated as 100 × (eligible service minutes − qualifying downtime minutes) ÷ eligible service minutes.
Eligible minutes are the minutes the paid service is active during the month. Qualifying downtime is time when a failure of the host infrastructure or provider network prevents access to an otherwise running server. Overlapping incidents count once. A month with no eligible service minutes has no calculated availability percentage.
Downtime caused by customer-initiated shutdowns, customer software or configuration, exhausted allocated resources, a customer's own connection, or suspension for non-payment or a terms violation is excluded. Report incidents promptly so the cause and duration can be investigated.
3. Reporting an incident
Open a dashboard ticket or Discord ticket with your server identifier, incident start and end times, timezone and any relevant error messages. Never include passwords. Staff will review the report and available service records.
This SLA does not specify an automatic credit percentage or fixed compensation schedule. Requests for a remedy are handled through support. The separate 48-hour refund policy and any statutory remedies remain unaffected.
