For privacy requests relating to MineHost.mk, open a dashboard ticket or Discord ticket. Do not post account credentials, payment details or sensitive personal information in public Discord channels.
2. Website and account information
The public plan calculator holds selections in page memory and does not request a name, password or payment details. A location or plan in the page URL can preselect a configuration. Continuing to the dashboard opens a separate account and ordering service; this website does not transmit a completed order.
Hosting accounts, orders and support can involve contact details, account identifiers, authentication data, payment status, invoice information and messages you provide. Service operation can involve IP addresses, connection logs, resource usage and security events. Customer server files may contain player names, identifiers, IP addresses and chat logs, depending on the server configuration.
3. Purposes and access
Information is used to provide and administer hosting, process orders, handle support, maintain security, investigate abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing can rely on performing the hosting contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or consent for optional processing.
Authorised staff access should be limited to information needed for these purposes. Storage and support reviews may require examination of relevant server files. Customers are responsible for the personal information they collect through their own Minecraft servers.
4. Providers and service locations
Game servers are hosted in Limburg, Germany, on the listed node hardware. Website delivery, dashboard, panel, payment and support services may process information separately from the game server. A game-server location does not mean every category of account or support data stays in Germany.
Discord processes information when you use its service under its own privacy terms. Payment services used at checkout process transaction data under the information presented there. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
5. Cookies and analytics
The public MineHost website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or persistent browser storage. Fonts are served with the website. Hosting infrastructure and separate dashboard, panel, payment and Discord services may use cookies or other technologies for their own functionality and security.
6. Retention and deletion
When a free server's 24-hour timer expires, the server is suspended. It can be renewed to unsuspend during the following 30 days. If not renewed within that period, its files are permanently deleted; there is no archive period.
Paid servers have three user-managed backup slots, not automatic backups. Account, billing, support and security records are retained as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and comply with applicable recordkeeping duties. Server-file deletion does not necessarily delete records subject to those separate purposes. Contact support about account closure, exports or deletion.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where consent is used. Submit a private ticket identifying your account and request. Identity verification may be needed to protect your data.
You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Do not upload personal information that is unnecessary for your server. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
