1. Free-server storage
Free servers include 10 GB disk. If your Minecraft server needs more space, open a dashboard ticket or Discord ticket to request up to 20 GB total. Staff review requests for legitimate server use and abuse before approving an increase. Free disk is not unlimited.
2. Paid-server storage
Paid plans include unlimited disk for legitimate Minecraft server operation. There is no fixed published GB fair-use threshold. Storage is shared physical infrastructure, not an infinite or dedicated reservation of disk space.
Use disk for your world, server software, plugins, mods and relevant server files. Do not use hosting as unrelated cloud storage, a file-distribution service, or a destination for artificial files, archive bombs or deliberately excessive logs. Staff may request cleanup or restrict abusive use that disrupts other customers.
3. CPU and shared resources
Free servers receive 2 CPU cores and 4 GB RAM. Paid plans have no fixed per-plan CPU core cap. Actual compute is limited by the host hardware and competing workloads. Do not deliberately monopolise resources, evade limits or disrupt other servers.
4. Backups and free-server expiry
Paid plans have three manual backup slots. Customers must create their own backups; there are no automatic backups included. Maintain independent copies of important worlds.
A free server receives a 24-hour timer when started. Press Renew in the panel before it expires to reset the timer to 24 hours. If the timer reaches zero, the server is suspended; renew within 30 days to unsuspend it. Otherwise, the server and its data are permanently deleted without an archive period.
5. Reviews and support
Staff may examine usage and relevant file information to assess a storage request or investigate misuse. If you believe a restriction is incorrect, request a review through a private support ticket.
