Back up important files
Stop the server. Use the panel’s Backups area to create a backup if available, or download your world and important files from Files. Confirm that you can see the backup before proceeding.
Open server settings
In the panel, open the server’s Settings area and find the Reinstall Server action. If you do not see it, contact support rather than trying to delete files manually.
Confirm the reinstall
Read the confirmation carefully and proceed only if you are comfortable with the selected server software being installed again. Do not close the page until the task completes.
Start and check the server
Return to the console, start the server, and wait for it to finish loading. Check that the expected version and files are present. Restore your backup only if needed.
